We were especially excited to photograph Paul and Angelique’s wedding at Vermillionville in Lafayette, LA. Paul is an old friend, so being invited to be part of such an important day was genuinely special for us.

Vermillionville provided the perfect Louisiana setting for their celebration, with its historic building, beautiful grounds and unmistakable Acadiana vibe. It’s one of our favorite places for a Lafayette wedding, especially for couples who want their wedding day to feel connected to South Louisiana.

And when it came time for the reception, the celebration turned into one heck of a party. Led by The Good Dudes, the couple’s friends all came together and kept the dance floor packed. It felt less like hiring entertainment and more like watching a group of friends throw an unforgettable party for Paul and Angelique.
